A deposit of $350 is due at sign up.

The balance of $400 is due no later than March 15, 2009. Failure to pay the balance by the due date could cause you to forfeit your spot in the workshop.

*This workshop does not include lodging. We will be providing breakfast and lunch on Saturday and Sunday, dinner on Friday and Saturday nights and transportation during the Workshop. It will be your responsibility to get to the meeting point each day.
