What is your cancellation and refund policy?
We do offer refunds, with limitations. Please see our Terms and Conditions for more information. We strongly suggest that you obtain some travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances that require you to cancel your participation in a Muench Workshop.
Can I bring along a friend or my spouse if I'm willing to pay a little extra?
The quality of our workshops is very important to us, and in order to maintain that, we try to keep the workshops as focused as they are fun. This means that we don't open up the workshops to sightseers. Our workshops are for folks who are serious about learning.
What's included in the Workshop?
All of the information you need for any specific Workshop should be on the sign-up page, and you are always welcome to contact us if you have more questions. Also, please refer to our Terms and Conditions, which may answer many of your questions.
Do I have to pay through Google Checkout?
Google Checkout is a very easy and safe way to pay by credit card. If, however, you wish to make alternative arrangements, please contact us and we will do what we can to accommodate.
What happens if the weather is bad?
We don't claim to have any control over the weather, but we'll do our best to ensure that you have a great time, no matter the conditions. There's always something to shoot! Please refer to our Terms and Conditions for more information.
Who are you guys?
You can get to know the Pros who teach our workshops on our Pros page, also, make sure you check out their work in our Gallery. But ultimately, we're a group of people who are passionate about photography and bring decades of experience in shooting, printing, publishing and instructing. We are really proud of the depth of experience we have.
